Terms and Conditions for Cleaning Services in Colorado

•  Introduction

                    These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") set forth the terms and conditions governing the provision of cleaning services (the "Services") by Cleanmo Cleaning LLC, a cleaning company located in Colorado (the "Company"), to its customers (the "Client" or "You"). By engaging our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

•  Services    

                   (a) The Company agrees to provide professional cleaning services as per the scope of work agreed upon with the Client. The specific details of the Services, including the frequency, duration, and nature of cleaning, will be documented in a separate service agreement or work order.

(b) The Client shall provide access to the premises and any necessary cleaning supplies and equipment required for the completion of the Services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Payment and Billing

                    (a) The Client agrees to pay the Company the agreed-upon fees for the Services as per the payment terms stated in the service agreement or work order and is aware that the quote is subject to change upon the nature of the job.

(b) Payments shall be made in the form of credit card unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

(c) Any additional services requested by the Client beyond the original scope of work may be subject to additional charges.

(d) In the event of non-payment or late payment, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services.

•  Cancellation and Rescheduling

                    (a) The Client must provide reasonable notice, typically 1 days, for the cancellation or rescheduling of Services.

(b) The Company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for cancellations made without sufficient notice.

•  Liability and Insurance

                    (a) The Company agrees to conduct background checks on its contractors to ensure a safe and reliable workforce.

(b) The Company shall carry liability insurance to cover any damages caused by its contractors during the provision of Services.

(c) The Client agrees to promptly report any damage or concerns regarding the Services to the Company within 48 hours of their occurrence.

(d) Contractors will take pictures of before and after the property for liability purposes for documentation for damages by either party. Pictures will not be used for website media without the client’s written consent.

•   Confidentiality and Privacy

                    (a) The Company agrees to keep all client information and data confidential and will not disclose any personal information without the Client's written consent, except as required by law.

(b) The Company will comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws.

•  Termination                  

                    (a) Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party.

(b) In the event of termination, the Client shall pay for all Services provided up to the termination date.

•   Governing Law and Jurisdiction

                    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Any legal action arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.

•   Entire Agreement

                    This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the Services and supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral.
